Holsteins actually come in a variety of degrees of black and white. This pretty heifer is mostly white and I have seen some almost solid black ones. I doubt their production value varies with their coat pattern - most are genetically equipped to produced a LOT of milk regardless. When this heifer calves, I would have plenty hungry mouths lined up!Psalm 34:10
