Again I have limited my palette to 3 colors - this time Orange, Blue-Violet and Blue-Green - another split complement. I am not as fond of this one as the first, though, but I stuck to it.
We received an inch of rain middle of last week and the garden has really taken off. Tomatoes are setting and the green beans are full of blossoms and tiny beans - WHICH the chickens have also discovered. So they are temporarily in confinement. I get cussed out by them every time I pass their coop door without opening it. I think we are going to have to fence the garden to protect the veggies - at least until there are grasshoppers to get their attention away from the veggies. Meantime I am learning new chicken cuss words daily.
Proverbs 30:8
Keep falsehood and lies far from me; give me neither poverty nor riches, but give me only my daily bread.
