Run For The Hills

MERRY CHRISTMAS! Yesterday I was able to paint for several hours and I think I am settling in to a style that I really like. I'm making the colors work for me. This action-packed painting shows a herd of horses running across the plains in anticipation of the storm that's coming. Sometimes I feel I do the exact thing - running before the storm arrives, rather than preparing for it so I am ready. The storm is not here yet, but the panic has already set in.
